HypeMail can be installed as a relay server or as a plugin for Microsoft Exchange 2000+, as a relay server it could be used with various kinds of SMTP mail compliant technologies. It is then used to dvertise, cause awareness or add standard branding onto your companies everyday 1 to 1 emails. It provides a way for your company to get they're marketing messages accross without needing to send out other spam related marketing messages. HypeMail also supports adding disclaimers to targeted lists, so you can send disclaimers in intended languages and provides users with the ability to control and standardise email signatures (from active directory fields). HypeMail is built so that every email template that should be applied to outgoing mail from your exchange server is packaged into a campaign and linked to specific sender lists, receiver lists and more. HypeMail can also identify key phrases or jargon in your email and hyperlink them or provide you with a way to market your products, services and company brand through simple easy to setup keywords. HypeMail also provides HypeMail users with the ability to put mail that might contain sensitive information (through identifying sensitive words and phrases) into an approval queue.

Purpose: OutlookDisclaimer is a tool to automatically format and brand outgoing email. You don't need Exchange or any other mail server to add the disclaimer because it is a client-based tool. This means that you actualy see what you send out. This is not the case with server-based tools. Use: The message processing is done on the client-pc, but the network administrator can administer the settings with one central ini-file on a file server. Even Exchange mailbox properties or Active Directory fields can be used in the text. You can even use html formatted data stored in the active directory fields. This way you make sure that everyone uses the same centraly stored disclaimer, Company Logo, signature and layout for every e-mail they send. You can even run advertising campaigns or advertise your upcoming events with links that point to your webserver in every email that (some or all) users send out.
