HypeMail can be installed as a relay server or as a plugin for Microsoft Exchange 2000+, as a relay server it could be used with various kinds of SMTP mail compliant technologies. It is then used to dvertise, cause awareness or add standard branding onto your companies everyday 1 to 1 emails. It provides a way for your company to get they're marketing messages accross without needing to send out other spam related marketing messages. HypeMail also supports adding disclaimers to targeted lists, so you can send disclaimers in intended languages and provides users with the ability to control and standardise email signatures (from active directory fields). This program addresses the need to setup Outlook Exchange profiles automatically. Outlook 97 through 2003 versions are supported. Possibly one of the best ways to use Outlook Profiler in the corporate environment would be to place Outlook Profiler inside a public share. Then you could execute Outlook Profiler from the "run" line, or create a web page with a link to the executable. Another solution would be to have Outlook Profiler on every machine and have it start automatically via the Registry. Some have added an entry to the NT Login Script. Roaming profiles conquered!

Suppose you have Outlook 2000/2002/2003 users who access additional mailboxes (usually info@company.com, sales@company.com, support@company.com etc.) on an Exchange 5.x/2000/2003 server (other mailbox setup in the Microsoft ExchangeService). When they reply to or forward from that mailbox the message goes into their primary (usually personal) mailbox sent items. UniSent utility lets the message to stay in the mailbox that it originated in (i.e. sent item goes to Sent Items folder of the mailbox the item was sent from).
