Mandala Notebook - Word outliner for UIQ

http://www.MandalaIT.com
If you bought a smartphone only to store a few tasks, notes, and Word documents, you're probably satisfied. But if you bought a smartphone to help you organize all your key ideas, project plans, journal entries, and other data - you may be disappointed.
If you really start to put in all your data, you soon have hundreds, even thousands of items. Most applications just cannot handle this. That is why we developed Mandala Notebook.
Mandala Notebook is a new and powerful application to seamlessly organize and integrate as many text notes, drawings, tasks, and appointments as you want to create.
It has a clean, professionally designed user interface for browsing and editing, similar to Word outline mode and Windows Explorer, but adapted to small screens. Manage items like on a PC, using drag and drop, copy and paste, subfolder hierarchies, and shortcuts. This together with features like undo, history, and extensive user documentation make it easy-to-use, fast, and fun.
Sharing documents is a breeze. Export your notebook or any part to RTF and open in Word. To import structured text documents, such as web pages, PDF files, eBooks, just convert to Word/RTF, Excel/CSV, or plain text and you're done. Of course, tasks and appointments synchronize with Outlook.
Entering text with the stylus can be a bottleneck, so you'll appreciate Mandala Notebook's extensive support for external keyboards.
Or, using the jog dial alone, you can navigate the hierarchy, go back and forward in history, delete items, or mark tasks as completed.
Don't think you need think many items? Then we invite you to use the trial version as a free upgrade to Task and Jotter. The trial has a limited number of items, but is unlimited in time; you can use it indefinitely by deleting items you don't need. But be warned: customers report that Mandala Notebook quickly becomes their central system for organizing data, and their most frequently used and valuable application.

MyLife Organized

This personal task outliner will help you to organize your goals, projects and tasks into a tree. The to-do list with actions that require immediate attention will be generated. This to-do list will be sorted in order of priority to keep you focused on the most important tasks. MyLife Organized (MLO) has Pocket PC version and can be synced with your Outlook and MindManager. It will help you to track your personal projects and achieve your most important goals.
Time Management means the planning and organizing of your time in such a way that you accomplish your most important goals as quickly as possible. But many people work very hard with no idea of what their real goals are. If you do NOT have goals for yourself, you will be forever working to achieve the goals of someone else. Every day many of us spend the time on urgent but low priority tasks while the most important tasks get put off until another day. Unfortunately, "another day" never seems to arrive. If you keep putting things off, you'll eventually wake up one day and realize life has passed you by. MLO helps you to think and act differently-and doing things differently is the first step in digging yourself out of the procrastination rut.
The main idea of MLO is to help you to keep focused on the activities which drive you to achieve your most important goals as quickly as possible. One of the key advantages of MyLife Organized is that despite being a very powerful and sophisticated piece of software it is extremely easy for even the most novice computer users. It will NOT replace your Calendar, Outlook or Excel, but it WILL help you to organize your tasks into an outline, select most important of them and generate concrete and sequential list of specific actions to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. MLO is in active phase of development so join MLO community at: http://groups.google.com/group/myLifeOrganized to share your ideas.
