Easy Survey is a software package for Microsoft Office Pro, designed for survey creation and conducting. In contrast to another survey applications, Easy Survey uses the possibilities afforded by Microsoft Access for form creation. It allows you to make the survey form quickly and simply. You need only create the essential tables in Microsoft Access and create a Form for the survey on the basis of these tables. After that, the Easy Survey Wizard will help you to make a "Survey Project" which you can then use in Microsoft Outlook. When the "Survey Project" is created, the special add-in for Microsoft Outlook will create an HTML message with the questionnaire which can be sent out with only two mouse clicks. The respondent fills the received form and clicks the form submitting button to send it back to the sender. The same add-in will process incoming messages in Microsoft Outlook, select the ones with the survey results and input the data in to the Microsoft Access table which you have created. Not only can you distribute an HTML survey form created by the wizard via e-mail, you can also publish it on a web-site or put it on a CD. When the respondents fill in the form in a browser window, the filled questionnaire will be sent to you via e-mail with a single click. Getting familiar with Easy Survey will take you very little time indeed. You won't need the assistance of a system administrator or web-programmer to create and conduct a survey - any skilled user of Microsoft Office can now run surveys in his/her own right from his/her computer. It will help you automatically print incoming and outgoing messages with attachments (as well as messages and attachments separately) without even opening them. The plug-in automatically unpacks and prints packed ZIP and RAR attachments, and supports manual and automatic working modes. Program settings necessary for the automatic working mode are intuitively clear and few in number. Messages printed with Print Tools look exactly the same as those printed by the standard means of Microsoft Outlook. But the plug-in makes up for some of its shortcomings. Thus, you have to change the format of an HTML message to RTF or TXT to be able to print the message with the list of attachments, because none of Microsoft Outlook versions adds the list of attachments to the message header in the HTML format. MAPILab Share`n`Sync is designed to solve two tasks - synchronizing Outlook folders on several computers and organizing shared access to Microsoft Outlook folders for small companies. The product supports all types of Microsoft Outlook folders and items - email messages, contacts, notes, calendar, etc. The product also supports most types of folders and items that don't belong to Microsoft Outlook and which are attached with the help of special transports. The product is fully compatible with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Small Business Server. So if you want to synchronize a shared folder on Microsoft Exchange Server with an ordinary folder on your home PC...No problem! Actually, computers exchange data by e-mail. Before the data is transmitted, it is automatically compressed, so the product can even be used with dial-up lower-bit-rate channels. The product works according to the following principle: you specify a list of users that should get access to one of your folders. You can also give them different access rights - for reading, modifying, deleting or creating new components. After that, the initial synchronization of your folder with folders on other users' computers takes place. After you modify items stored in the folder, other users receive the data about the modified item. Their program recognizes the special message containing the data (if the folders are synchronized through e-mail) and updates the item transparently to the user. If a user with modification rights modifies something on his computer, you get a message with the corresponding data, and after the item is updated on your computer, all other users receive the updated data. All this is protected by a special mechanism for the resolution of collisions that can appear when, for example, two users modify the same element in your folder simultaneously.
