Easy Survey is a software package for Microsoft Office Pro, designed for survey creation and conducting. In contrast to another survey applications, Easy Survey uses the possibilities afforded by Microsoft Access for form creation. It allows you to make the survey form quickly and simply. You need only create the essential tables in Microsoft Access and create a Form for the survey on the basis of these tables. After that, the Easy Survey Wizard will help you to make a "Survey Project" which you can then use in Microsoft Outlook. When the "Survey Project" is created, the special add-in for Microsoft Outlook will create an HTML message with the questionnaire which can be sent out with only two mouse clicks. The respondent fills the received form and clicks the form submitting button to send it back to the sender. The same add-in will process incoming messages in Microsoft Outlook, select the ones with the survey results and input the data in to the Microsoft Access table which you have created. Not only can you distribute an HTML survey form created by the wizard via e-mail, you can also publish it on a web-site or put it on a CD. When the respondents fill in the form in a browser window, the filled questionnaire will be sent to you via e-mail with a single click. Getting familiar with Easy Survey will take you very little time indeed. You won't need the assistance of a system administrator or web-programmer to create and conduct a survey - any skilled user of Microsoft Office can now run surveys in his/her own right from his/her computer. Expensive and uncomfortable survey applications are no longer required.

HTML Email Archiver is a unique program working with all types of Microsoft Outlook folders and used for a wide range of tasks: archiving into platform-independent HTML format or platform-dependent CHM format, publishing Microsoft Outlook folders on the Internet, moving data from Microsoft Outlook onto other software and hardware platforms, including mobile devices. MAPILab NNTP allows you to read and post messages to newsgroups from Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002/XP and 2003. This product is a full-function MAPI transport. This means that a news server account works in the same way as an account for Microsoft Exchange Server or a POP3/SMTP account, supports remote mail headers and is managed through the common Send/Receive menu. MAPILab NNTP for Outlook supports all messages formats (plain text, RTF, HTML) and encodings which are supported by Microsoft Outlook. It is fully compatible with (but doesn't require!) Print Tools for Outlook is a Microsoft Outlook add-in. It will help you automatically print incoming and outgoing messages with attachments (as well as messages and attachments separately) without even opening them. The plug-in automatically unpacks and prints packed ZIP and RAR attachments, and supports manual and automatic working modes. Program settings necessary for the automatic working mode are intuitively clear and few in number. Messages printed with Print Tools look exactly the same as those printed by the standard means of Microsoft Outlook. But the plug-in makes up for some of its shortcomings. Thus, you have to change the format of an HTML message to RTF or TXT to be able to print the message with the list of attachments, because none of Microsoft Outlook versions adds the list of attachments to the message header in the HTML format. Using Print Tools, you can forget about this problem. Using Microsoft Outlook rules together with the Print Tools plug-in allows you to create a system that will automatically print messages and/or files attached to them. Although Microsoft Outlook has a standard printing rule, you can neither specify (or forbid) specific file types nor print an attachment separately from its message.
