Manage items like on a PC, using drag and drop, copy and paste, subfolder hierarchies, and shortcuts. Sharing documents is a breeze. Export your notebook or any part to RTF and open in Word. To import structured text documents, such as web pages, PDF files, eBooks, just convert to Word/RTF, Excel/CSV, or plain text and you're done. Of course, tasks and appointments synchronize with Outlook.
Entering text with the stylus can be a bottleneck, so you'll appreciate Mandala Notebook's extensive support for external keyboards.
Or, using the jog dial alone, you can navigate the hierarchy, go back and forward in history, delete items, or mark tasks as completed.

Afinion Project-Viewer supports all currently used MS Project versions (Project 98, 2000, 2002 and 2003 in a database or mpp file) simultaneously. Also it shows data from SAP PS. Shows all used views from MS Project. Filters for most used selections are available. Time recording with no installation included. In MS Project you can see planned and recorded hours of the resources. Our Project-Viewer is running on Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, Solaris and Unix. For Mac and Unix-versions please download corresponding versions. It can store all activities which are assigned to a resource directly into the Outlook task folder of the resource. It uses the common database versions (SQL-Server und MS Access) used for MS Project. The Project-Viewer shows two different views: View of the whole project or a collection of all tasks where you are assigned to as a resource. Afinion Project-Viewer shows all activities of an employee over all projects in database. So the employee can see immediately, where he is assigned to. Afinion Project-Viewer can print the plan in the formats A4 to A0, only limited by the available plotters and printers. Outlook Task, a Windows utility designed to create a set of tasks from the Outlook task folder.
Do you ever get tired of your Task folder filling up with many records related to different projects or people? Can you afford the time to read all of these task items? It would be much simpler to arrange these tasks into a more structured sets of tasks.
Commonly, when you can't quickly identify the relevance of a task or the action the task requires, you end up leaving it in your Task folder "for later" without performing the necessary action. With our Outlook Task program you can create the set of tasks you need - you can list tasks related to some project, category, person, due date or even to a keyword. Using a wide variety of parameters, it's easy to obtain a summary of tasks for today or this week. Outlook Task is a great way to manage large numbers of tasks in the Task folder by having a list of the most relevant tasks readily available.
We all have difficulty with confusing numbers of task notes and know how frustrating that can be. Outlook Task helps to make it easy to manage your tasks. You can get a list of any items from your Task folder and then you can create a report. For example, you may want to get your business tasks for the week. With Outlook Task you can specify the category "business" and require the due date to be in a week. Then you can save or print the resulting set adding comments too, if required.
You might also want to keep track of tasks that you complete over a particular period of time. You can have a summary of all tasks that your have completed in the last week or month. You can then save this report for your records or send it to colleagues by e-mail.
