Out Spam is a spam filter program. It can remove junk letters from a POP3 mail server without downloading them to a client computer. The principal way to separate mail is the use of worldwide black lists of spam mail servers. The program can also filter letters by languages and letter header errors. It supports the multi accounts usage. Validation rules allow user to prevent deleting important letters by mistake. The program can be executed in two modes: auto mode and interactive mode. In the auto mode the program is always resident, periodically checks Internet connection and removes spam without user's control. In the interactive mode a user controls the process of checking and removing letters. The program can be easily combined with other mail filters and mail client programs.

Spam Trapper for Outlook

(*) Spam Trapper is a multilevel spam filter for Microsoft Outlook version 2000 and later. It is a plug-in component with clear convenient interface. (*) The first level checks your address book and validates all letters from your clients. So letters from your friends and colleagues are never processed as spam. (*) Other levels check message language, subject, body, http links and other mail feature. The filter has Special Statistical levels that are based on unique algorithms. The last level is a Bayes Filter. Such program architecture allows catching spam before the Bayes Filter is trained enough and minimizes the filter training period. Any level can be switched off. (*) There are non-spam related functions too. For Example, you can use Outlook as an alarm clock. But if you exit it by mistake alarm will not work. SpamTrap allows prevent Outlook from exiting. Instead it hides Outlook and sets an Outlook icon into the systray. So Outlook is always at hand and no alarm messages will be lost. Additional option makes Outlook to play Mp3 files and other media files. (*) Spam Trapper does not work with Outlook Express.

Quickly and easily verifies email addresses, huge domains and clean up your mailing / domain list. A powerful advanced bulk domain and email validation tool. BulkVerifier offers you two processing modes fast and deep. In its fast mode BulkVerifier works extremely fast being able to process mailing lists containing dozens of millions of e-mail addresses at a speed of several thousands addresses per second. This mode does not ensure the highest accuracy of checking/cleaning but is optimal by expended time and traffic and provides quite sufficient results. We recommend the fast processing mode of BulkVerifier as a high-speed tool for sifting obvious rubbish out of large mailing lists containing millions of e-mail addresses. In its deep mode (default), BulkVerifier works significantly slower but provides much more precise results. Optimal data amount for this mode is 70...100 thousand e-mail addresses. We recommend the deep processing mode of BulkVerifier as a slow but high-quality tool for checking of not very large mailing lists. BulkVerifier can process both plain list of e-mail addresses / domains where each line contains one item and files of more complex structure like CSV file where lines represents multi-field records of the same structure (i. e. containing the same fields separated with the same delimiter). For example, you can export a worksheet of an MS Excel file to check availability of e-mail addresses/domains listed there. It’s supposed that one line of an incoming file contains one e-mail address and/or one domain.

Email Validator

Email Validator checks deliverability of email addresses. It does so by first performing a DNS query on the domain name of each email address in order to determine the address of the mail server servicing that domain. Once the mail server is found, a connection is made in the same way as your ISP's mail server would make a connection. Email validator will first attempt to use the SMTP VRFY command to determine deliverability. If the VRFY command is enabled, the mail server will report whether the email address being tested is in fact deliverable, Email Validator will then close the connection and report the result. In many cases the VRFY command is disabled on SMTP servers. If this is the case for any given mail server, Email Validator will then attempt to simulate the delivery of an email message. During this process, the mail server will report whether or not it can accept a message for the email address being tested. Once this is reported, Email Validator will close the connection and report the result. NO EMAIL IS ACTUALLY SENT. Email Validator never gets to that point, so the owner of the email address will not receive any message as a result. Once a list of email addresses has been tested, the user may export all addresses along with test results or simply export all deliverable or non-deliverable addresses in order to clean an existing list or build a new one containing only deliverable addresses. The result for anyone who runs a mailing list, i.e. ezine and newsletter publishers, businesses, political parties, non-profit organizations, etc. can save time and money by sending mail only to deliverable addresses and not have to clean delivery failure notices out of their inboxes.
